หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

Be responsible for managing overall aspects of Collection Management Department to ensure that the operation process and activity delivered the results or achievement as per Target, Goals, and KPIs to control the point of lowest delinquency.
Develop strategic plan, budget plan, and ensure the efficiency of manpower and resource management.
Manage operation of overdue collection, backoffice admin. process, debt restructuring, moratorium, proper refinance program, auction process, data center, MIS collection and all other functions for the best performance and result.
Cooperate with related parties both internal & external on collection management issues.
Prepare executive report and propose to top management.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Thai nationality, age between 4048 years old.
Bachelor's or higher in relevant discipline.
More than 12 years' experience in collection management with 8 years' experience at managerial level would be required.
Having knowledge about debt collection laws, consumer protection acts or related laws and regulations.
Experience in hire purchasing or leasing business is preferable.
Fluently in English both spoken and written.
Strong negotiation, analytical, logical thinking, problem solving and decision making.
Able to travel both domestically and abroad for business purpose.
