Our fast-growing technology startup sennder is in need of an outstanding talent to join our People department at our French office in Paris (9e arrondissement).


The People Manager is here to support our employees, managers and teams as well as the management in handling daily people development topics and in order to help stabilize our rapid growth.

Your team will consist of you, a People Operations Partner and an Office & Event Manager.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL.

  • Support and develop line managers in driving a highperformance culture through coaching and facilitating talent assessments
  • Drive organizational change and transformation: give guidance on business unit restructures and workforce and succession planning
  • Nurture our sennder culture, influence the way our sendees work and interact with each other, understand and feel about our mission, vision and values. Cultivate an emotional connection among our sendees, plan and execute events, staff meetings and teambuilding initiatives.
  • Act as the main point of contact to employees and advisor to managers/team leads
  • Support the implementation of key Peopleprograms such as career paths, performance reviews, compensation & rewards, local training initiatives
  • Create reports and analyzing trends to support your stakeholders and drive monthly People data analyses and reporting
  • Monitor and followup on various People OPS actions, such as local payrolling, managing the hiring
- and leavers process.

TO GET THERE YOU WILL NEED TO BRING.

  • Bachelor degree, preferably within legal or business
  • Previous (minimum of 5 years) experience in a startup environment within an international framework/organization
- a full understanding of all HR/People processes and how these reflect back to the job

  • Previous inhouse recruitment and staffing experience within a fast growing and moving international commercial company
  • A multicultural mindset, passionate and energized to create social impact and spread a positive vibe
  • Excellent and practical knowledge of local (French) and a good working sense of international labor laws
  • Previous experience in working with a works council (comité d'entreprise)
  • Creative problem solving and endresult focus: creates innovative solutions, looks for new ways to accomplish objectives, doesn't stop at the obvious, is able to turn ideas into actions, has the ability to focus in the midst of change
  • Reliability and Integrity: demonstrates principled leadership and sound business ethics, shows consistency among principles, values and behaviors, tells the truth and keeps promises, handles sensitive and confidential information properly
  • Influencing: is willing to state opinions assertively, backedup by data; writes and speaks clearly and concisely; can explain the same ideas to people of many levels; delivers messages in a positive manner
  • Great communication skills in English and French
  • Extremely organized, confident and accurate
  • To live at commuting distance from our office in France
