MISSION

Integrated into the Group Purchasing Department, you participate, within the Port Handling Equipment Purchasing Department, in the implementation, monitoring and assessment of the team's various projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Within the Department, you are responsible for coordinating various operational and cross-functional projects.

Operational missions:

Support in launching & managing calls for tenders for port handling equipment

Monitoring and management of order execution (disputes, claims, transport organization, etc.) within the CAPEX and OPEX scope

Performance management during the call for tender phase and during the execution phase

Setting up and feeding the price database

Transversal missions:

Implementation and support of operational performance evaluations of suppliers

Participation in the implementation of category strategies

Participation in the establishment and monitoring of budgetary data

Updating the supplier panel, supporting monitoring of duty of care and managing risks associated with the panel

Updating team tools (supplier panel, contract monitoring, etc.)

Contribution to the organization of meetings and reporting to internal prescribers

In this context you will be in contact with different purchasing areas in France and internationally.

In daily contact with various contacts, you position yourself as a privileged contact with both internal services and external partners.

In addition, you ensure the implementation of reporting and project monitoring indicators

Finally, you propose an action plan and avenues for improvement

PROFILE AND SKILLS
Master 2 specialized in purchasing in business school, your English is fluent both written and spoken. You have a perfect command of IT tools, particularly Excel and Power Point.

Skills:
Dynamic, rigorous, autonomous, proactive and with good interpersonal skills.

Comfortable with reading figures, you have good analytical skills

Computer skills:
Good command of Power Point, Excel, Word

You will be part of a dynamic and caring team, which cultivates good humor
