The continued development and expansion across our network means we are now looking to boost our energetic and professional sales team with
3 Export Zone Managers:

  • 1 Export Manager Professional Division / EMEA (Europe Middle East Africa)
  • 1 Export Manager HOME Division / Europe Zone
  • 1 Export Manager HOME Division / GCC Zone (Persian Gulf Countries)


In line with FOCAL's commercial policy, you will ensure the development and management of a portfolio of distributors and be responsible for turnover, margin, and profitability.

You ensure the coordination of operations between the distributors and the departments within the Focal group. Collaboration with sales administration and logistics will be key to improve the customer service offering to our international distributors.

Your daily work routine will comprise of the following.


Contribute to trade policy development and implementation:

  • Monitor market developments and the position of competitors;
  • Detect new market and product opportunities by anticipating and analysing customer expectations;
  • Regularly provide updates to your line manager on all market and distributor activities;
  • Participate in the company's product strategy and the study of its market positioning;
  • Ensure compliance with trade policy

Ensure commercial actions with distributors:


  • Work with the network to promote and sell all products from the group;
  • Develop markets to increase turnover;
  • Negotiate commercial agreements with distribution networks in France and internationally;
  • Organize "training" sessions with local dealers and distributors alike;
  • Participate in trade fairs organized by our distributors and ensure that the presentation of our products is in line with company policy and procedure;
  • Working in collaboration with our distributors to prepare orders and forecasts, understanding their market needs, and adapting the approach accordingly;
  • Monitor distributor credit and debt, and work with our financial teams to ensure healthy business across the network;
  • Remote working.

Your profile:

You will have experience managing global business with a modern and consultative approach.


You have a strong background in understanding technology, and be able to adapt communication to a wide and varied audience.

You have the ability to develop, retain a network and adapt to different cultures;
You will be able to work autonomously but also as part of a team

A first experience in the music industry or the world of music would be a plus;
You are fluent in English and ideally can communicate well in French.
