    Role Description & Responsibilities

    Our NETVIBES Sales Team is looking for a Sales Manager. The location for this position is flexible as it will require up to 60% travel.

    The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving revenue targets and growth objectives for the assigned territory. This role will perform end-to-end customer engagements compliant with internal processes.

    • Communicate value directly by taking a bottom-up and/or top-down approach
    • Generate growth in sales priority areas defined by sales initiatives as determined by Brans
    • Create and develop high value and trusted relationships with customers
    • Transform Marketing and Sales leads into opportunities
    • Create and manage the appropriate direct pipelines to reach business objectives
    • Perform end-to-end sales engagements compliant with the 3DS processes to achieve revenue plan
    • Manage negotiation with the customer while complying with all 3DS engagement processes, government and local regulations, company policies and ethical standards for doing business
    • Provide an accurate forecast for rolling quarters and fiscal year

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in related field required
    • 5+ years' experience in consultative software sales including forecasting, implementing strategies
    • Experience using or selling Data Science / Data Analytics software
    • Experience in the High Tech, CPG, or Industrial Equipment preferred
    • Experience closing business in white space strongly preferred
    • Effective Relationship Building Skills
    • Effective Presentation Skills
    • Strong Communication Skills, both written and verbal
    • Ability to Travel up to 60%
