Titre du Sujet : Bioanalyse : dosage de produits de contraste
Guerbet est une société pharmaceutique leader de l'imagerie médicale au niveau mondial, offrant une gamme étendue de produits pharmaceutiques, de dispositifs médicaux, de solutions digitales et d'intelligence artificielle, pour l'imagerie diagnostique et interventionnelle.
Le projet d'alternance s'inscrit dans le cadre de programmes de recherche sur la compréhension de la biodistribution et la rétention après injection in-vivo de produits de contraste innovants. Il s'agira principalement de dosages par ICP-MS (Plasma à Couplage Inductif couplé à un Spectromètre de Masse) : du protocole, à la réalisation des dosages et à leur interprétation (rédaction de rapport)
Ce travail s'effectuera au sein de l'équipe Spectrométrie de Masse /BioAnalyse (SMBA) du département de Recherche et Innovation de Guerbet situé à Aulnay sous Bois Ainsi, l'étudiant(e) évoluera dans un environnement de recherche doté d'un plateau technique varié lui permettant de développer son intérêt à différentes techniques d'analyse.
Pour mener à bien ce projet, il sera nécessaire de posséder de bonnes connaissances en chimie analytique, de rigueur et des qualités en matière d'organisation pour mener en autonomie l'exécution de la mission.
