Your mission

Hey there and welcome to your new Opportunity with Sungrow.

Being a Regional Service Manager for the "Grand Nation" of Liberté, égalité, fraternité is an exciting task, since you are the superhero our clients need.

You know what setup of our solutions will satisfy their needs, therefore, these here are your most important task:


  • Coordinate Field Service Team activities onsite for failure research and corrective maintenance.
  • Project Management for commissioning services.
  • Ensure operational procedures, processes and practices are well defined, documented, and consistently applied, registered, and followed.
  • Ensure uptodate documentation and processes for existing and coming service contracts and agreements.
  • Take care of Health & Safety on behalf of service for the country and ensure all team members follow the regulation
  • Support EMEA Service Management by participating in improving overall activities
  • Support EMEA Sales by attending and participating exhibitions.
  • Negotiate and work on customer contracts for Service level agreements.
  • Deliver support and contribute service solutions for Sungrow customers as a point of contact.
  • Achieve consistent customer satisfaction ratings and get better brand recognition from customers.
  • Take responsibility for customer escalations and act as a point of escalation.
  • Take over randomly on call duties, partly on weekends.

Profile:


You are seeking your next step in your career, you like being outdoors, erecting great projects and be part of the idea of a "Clean power for all" Several years' experience working in similar function.


  • Experience In working with contracts and contract negotiations.
  • Experience In establishing processes.
  • Basic Project management skills.
  • Hands on and onsite experience.
  • Experience with H&S regulation of France.
  • Language Package: French and English at least C
  • Soft skill for Interactivities between different departments and cultures.
  • Willing to take ownership and responsibility.
  • Willing to travel, national / International.
