We are looking for a
Site Logistician for one of our clients with the following details:

Contract:
Estimated end time March 2025

Location:

Based on Disneyland Paris Park (7- RER A Marne-la-Vallée Chessy)

Contract Start Date:
ASAP

Number of hours worked: 7 hours

Number of days worked: 5/7

Context of the mission:
Reporting to the main site manager, you will be responsible for the logístical coordination on the site for which you are responsible (site installation, scaffolding, machine flow, site cleaning, access, etc.)

Thus, you will have the following missions:

Ensure compliance with the technical and qualitative specifications of the work carried out by these companies.
Monitor the activities of the site on a daily basis, coordinate the activities of these companies and write a daily activity report.
Review and comment if necessary on the contractual documents provided by the companies (Schedules, calendars, provisional list of documents, QAP,...).
Ensure that the companies in charge of the companies in charge comply with logístical constraints.
Ensure that your companies are working safely and comply with the regulations in force.
Ensure that their companies keep the site clean and organized and forward to the Main Works Manager the cleaning requests if they do not comply with their instructions.
Facilitate site meetings with your companies
Participate in work team meetings
Follow the technical documents provided to Doc Control (drawings, data sheets, samples, calculation notes).
Draw up lists of work to be done for the physical completion report and ensure that they are lifted.
Contribute to the different phases of the project's construction, whether in terms of planning, cost, methodology, organization or logistics.
Ensure the coordination and provide the necessary assistance on site with the interventions of the Show and the Ride.

Profile:

Curiosity, openmindedness, openness to others and adaptability are assets that allow you to succeed and flourish with us.
You have at least 5 years' experience as a site logistics site manager (installation, vehicle flow, cleaning, access, etc.)
You have been able to test your knowledge and skills on varied and complex projects, in companies or project management.
Your technical skills allow you to analyze situations and propose solutions.
You have good communication skills (oral: meeting facilitation, relationship with different interlocutors, and writing: writing minutes).
You have good interpersonal skills, you know how to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic professional environment

Profile:

You have a specialized training in energy and/or air conditioning;
You have significant experience in execution in the field of HVAC, allowing you to have a certain autonomy in business management and customer relations;
You are proficient in the techniques for assembling HVAC installations;
Rigor, organizational and coordination skills, responsiveness and good interpersonal skills will be essential assets to carry out this mission.
