With a view to harmonization, ENGIE has embarked on a major program to transform its processes and IT tools. This project, which extends over several years, concerns all the entities of the group and requires a sustained support.

To implement this support, we are looking to recruit a:

GET - Factory Lead (M/F)

_The head office is based in Courbevoie (La Défense), with 3 days teleworking per week possible. But we are also looking for international profiles (Full remote)_

The GET program aims to deliver the future business and IT core model with a central "one ERP / One ARIBA / One MDG" platform.

The functional context of the program covers a set of functional areas including accounting, controlling and procurement as main areas, recently extended to Business modules.

The GET program offers a unique opportunity to onboard on one of the most ambitious and strategic Enterprise transformation programs with a very high IT footprint with S/4 & SAP ARIBA as central IT components.

Innovation is at the heart of GET Program with an ambition to implement a best in class processes & solution.

The
Factory Lead role is proposed to reinforce GET IT Team, and within the GET IT OPERATIONS Team, be
accountable for all
Factories delivery.

This role will be N-2 to GET IT Lead and directly reporting to the GET IT Operations Lead.

Responsibilities:

In charge of supervising all factories (Data Migration, Development, authorization,.)

except Middleware factory (supervised by integration lead):

Ensure an industrialize ways of working (processes, tooling, KPI,)
Monitor services (RUN & BUILD) & ensure compliancy SLA
Manage GET Factories leaders : Data migration Lead, Report & analytics lead & development lead
Handle hot topics & crisis
For 3 factories (Translation, Backoffice factories & Authorization):
Directly accountable for delivery
Select, implement & maintain tooling to ensure operations
Define delivery model, setup appropriate team & associated contracts
Note : all factories are operated by GBS IT, who is responsible of all the operational activities
Oversee global relationship with all stakeholders : GET Teams (Rollout & RUN), GBS IT and Factories partner
Contribute to Income Management (internal controls)
Define & monitor adequate documents & checklist

Position requirements
-
Senior position that require significant
experience in large SAP projects:

Experience in leading global Factories:
Ability to lead in
matrixial organizations:
Fluent English (oral/written)
Leadership, experience in transverse management and large team cross coordination
Experience of
working in project management mode:
Rigorous, able to find the right balance between industrialization & day-to-day requirements
The ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team is essential
