We are looking for
an Inside Sales Representative (M/F/d) to join our
French team for
Analytical Instrumentation. You will work with a multi-national team which is located in different countries in Europe. Therefore, this position can be based in Paris or Barcelona. There is the option to work remotely close to one of the mentioned locations.


As the Inside Sales Representative (M/F/d) you will be responsible for selling Agilent Technologies products, solutions and services to our valued customers across
Chromatography (LC, GC, GC/MS) and
Spectroscopy (Atomic and Molecular).

This includes instrument, software and related accessories in an assigned territory primarily through outbound and inbound telephone sales activities.


Responsibilities include but not limited:


  • Meeting sales objectives by driving Inside sales opportunities. You will provide quotas, interpret customer needs, and proactively act to meet those needs
  • You will handle your own sales funnel using your own initiative to identify business opportunities by taking a creative approach
  • Actively build business opportunities and represent Agilent in all sales activities working with the field staff. In addition, retain and grow the existing customers
  • Solves nonroutine issues and problems within field of specialization
  • Works on inside sales assignments/administrative tasks

Qualifications:
University degree within the science field
- e.g., chemistry, analytical chemistry biochemistry, biotechnology or similar

  • Proven experience in analytical techniques (Chromatography or Spectroscopy) in a similar position or as an end user
  • Experience in Sales would be a plus
  • French skills at a professional/native level is required, excellent English is essential
Apart from these more technical skills, you should also have:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- the ability to understand customer requirements, balance customer expectations with Agilent's business needs and prioritize your workload effectively
- a strong desire to learn and expand your technical and soft skills that will ultimately drive your success
