Description du poste

Manage ESH compliance of new production lines.
Define safety/environment training needed as part of the training plan in agreement with the HRD.
Ensure the legal and regulatory survey in conection with the new activities of the plant.
Manage the update of our Environmental licences with the french authorities (DREAL, Prefecture).
Manage the Safety and Environmental risk evaluations (DUER, environmental aspect and impact evaluation).
Implement Safety prevention and Environmental awareness campaigns.
Implement contrator management plan.
Implement waste management.
Implement hazardous substances management.
Implement Insurance Company requirements.
Implement and follow all mandatory Safety controls.
Monitor and report all Safety and Environmental KPIs defined by the ESH policy.
Analyze the causes of working accidents and occupational diseases (A3 problem solving) and propose corrective actions.
Write safety rules in collaboration with Safety committees (CSSCT).
Evaluate the Safety conformity of machines and equipments with Managers and Members of safety committees.
