Job Description Job Description**Join our team as the
Customer Success Director for Southern Europe Reporting to the Head of Customer Success, you'll lead a talented regional team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and manage a portfolio of strategic accounts. Your mission? Drive the adoption, satisfaction, retention, and expansion of Shippeo's services across the region. With your SaaS expertise and leadership skills, you'll bring innovative solutions to our customers and empower your team to achieve excellence.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead, mentor, and develop a regional team of CSMs, providing coaching and support.
  • Forecast and report on retention, upsell, and crosssell opportunities.
  • Cultivate strategic relationships with key accounts, ensuring high product adoption and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct strategic business reviews and guide goal setting, progress tracking, and risk management to maximize customer value.
  • Foster longterm relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Advocate for customer needs within Shippeo, influencing product development and our product vision.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and technical teams for seamless onboarding.
  • Organize workshops to align the product roadmap with customer needs.
  • Manage contract lifecycles, including renewals and negotiations.
  • Collaborate with marketing to highlight customer success stories.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years in Customer Success Management, Project Management, or consulting in SaaS or supply chain.
  • Proven experience in team management with strong people skills.
  • Consulting or professional services background is highly desirable.
  • Expertise in executivelevel stakeholder management and communication.
  • Ability to juggle multiple complex accounts and projects.
  • Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
  • Fluency in French and English.
  • Knowledge of the supply chain or automotive industry is a plus.
