Main responsibilities:


Achieve demonstrable business impact, drive profitable growth partnering with pan-European retailers, supporting affiliates and brands to deliver consistently across distribution channels.

Demonstrate successful implementation of key initiatives working closely with Online and Retail to deliver a best-in-class consumer experience.


  • Drive development and implementation of regional operational corporate projects with key retailers
  • Define target process & ways of working on complex projects involving many stakeholders (Brands and ELC experts)
  • Drive collaboration with retailers in autonomy
  • Be responsible for the project ontime delivery and excellence in execution
  • Define, follow up and implement Joint Business Planning process
  • Support preparation of quarterly business reviews and top to top meetings with senior leadership team
  • Create, implement and followup Joint Business Plan Playbook
  • Technical expertise in Joint Business Planning to be shared with Regional Brand teams and Commercial Directors
  • Support Brands & Affiliates in their Omnichannel strategy with key retailers
  • With Affiliates: support cascading of regional strategies, follow up of budgets and business plans
  • With Brands: define and follow up with Regional Brands SMC Playbooks and Marketing Calendars, drive key Brand presentations with retailers
  • Lead & follow up Sustainability retailers requests
  • Lead Sustainability strategy with retailers: lead overall process with Brands and ELC experts and drive discussion with retailers and with Brands/Global teams
  • Manage collaboration with retailers in autonomy
  • Technical expertise in Sustainability to be shared with Regional Brand teams and Commercial Directors
  • Animate Commercial Leadership Team community
  • Provide monthly sales reporting and indepth analysis and prepare Global & Regional quarterly reports on key retailers
  • Lead meeting organization: drive presentations and follow up of action plans
  • Develop, update and manage internal communication tools
  • Drive best practice scaling & follow up action plans on regional key commercial topics with Brands / Affiliates / ELC experts: Supply Chain, Education, Virtual Selling, Returns, Commercial Agreements, Digital Collaboration
  • People management
  • Directly manage two team members
  • Leading by influence: ability to embark Affiliates (key points of contact Commercial Directors and GMs) and Regional teams (key points of contacts VP, RD & Marketing Managers)
  • Key external interactions
  • Weekly contacts with Retailers' regional Senior Purchasing team
  • Meetings with Retailers' Senior Leadership teams (CEO and Head of Offer & Purchasing)

Qualifications

  • 5year Business Management degree
  • 10+ Years of Experience
  • Experience with all aspects of brand management, broad and deep knowledge of brandbuilding activities, strong financial background
  • Strong communicator, strategic thinker, problem solver, achievement driven, innovative and a change agent, enthusiastic leader, easily builds relationships at all levels, with all functions, in a diverse and multicultural environment
  • Robust negotiation skills
  • High drive & commitment to topics and tasks at hand; motivated & willing mindset
  • Strong analytical skills and proven rigor
  • Strong influencing and presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: ability to interact with multiple stakeholders
  • Fluency in English required, French not mandatory but recommended
  • 20% Travel Required
