Description

Located at the company's headquarters in Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine, the Communications department aims to support Alstom's image and commercial activity and provides action plans and tools to communicate with all stakeholders and all company audiences.


To carry out this main mission, the Communications department is responsible for several digital solutions: Corporate websites, intranet, TV system, video streaming, digital asset management solution (DAM), etc.


To strengthen the Digital Communication, in charge of cross-functional digital tools, the Communications department is looking for a
Digital Communications Manager who will focus on company's internal digital platforms.

This is an exciting opportunity for a digital and dynamic communicator profile


Join our team to define communication digital tools ecosystem and evolution strategy, and to deploy and maintain these tools in order to reach properly all internal and external audiences.


You will be accountable for

  • Define and steer appropriate digital solutions strategy to reach our internal and external audiences
  • Ensure Communication needs and expectations are taken into account in IT roadmaps
  • Develop and maintain communication digital tools: Intranet, Alstom TVs, streaming, editing and massmailing platforms including budget and supplier management
  • Ensure platforms' proper governance and use
  • Constantly assess the performance of the tools and implement the necessary action plans
  • Develop KPIs and constantly measure the performance of Alstom communication digital tools
  • Organise the necessary support, training, web mastering for solution users, animate contributor community
  • Manage budget and costs related to communication digital tools
  • Constantly benchmark other companies

  • Overall performance of the tools
  • Internal customers satisfaction
  • Traffic evolution on online tools

Required qualifications

  • Bilingual in English and French (written & oral)
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Education: master degree required e.g. communications, journalism or marketing. Desirable specialization in digital project management and knowledge of digital marketing
  • Experience: 810 years of experience in communications with experience with digital communications
  • Software: Fully at ease with content creation tools (photo/video production, Adobe Suite, Final Cut/Premiere)
  • Basic HTML/webmastering skills
