**Job Profile Summary**
- Grade JResponsible for supporting supply chain operations by completing administrative duties associated with planning, operations and management and supporting supply chain projects to assist efforts to ensure sufficient supply of goods and products.

**Job Advert**
- Dans le cadre de votre poste, vos missions seront les suivantes:

- Créer et évaluer les commandes primaires (réapprovisionnements) et secondaires, communiquer avec les différentes unités
- Gérer les commandes urgentes et exceptionnelles pour les clients
- Gérer le transport des échantillons
- Commander/Organiser les transports avec les prestataires dédiés
- Créer/collecter les documents d'exportation (documents douaniers, certificats d'origine)
- Procéder à la facturation des autres filiales de BP
- Traiter les questions / plaintes liées à la logistique
- Gérer l'archivage des documents relatifs à la conformité
- Etablir et maintenir les procédures logistiques
- Collecter et rapporter les KPI's pertinents pour les activités logistiques, analyser et proposer des domaines d'amélioration
- Assurer la conformité juridique à toutes les exigences réglementaires et internes

Iss(u) d'une formation supérieure en logistique / supply chain, vous avez une expérience pertinente dans un environnement de service à la clientèle ou de chaîne d'approvisionnement.
- Vous avez de bonnes connaissances en informatique ainsi qu'une maîtrise de l'anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
