IT and business management experience and/or including:

Experience in large sophisticated IT organization with high volume/high transaction environment
Multi-Country management and teaming experience including line management experience
Significant knowledge and experience in project/program management
Significant experience in implementing complex IT solutions within a business unit and customer facing environment
Desirable experience of successfully integrating new businesses as a result of reorganization or merger and acquisition activity
Experience of working in any of the cluster countries is essential
University bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or relevant education and work experience preferably in Forwarding /Logistic sector
Preferably good knowledge of forwarding or logistics business
Preferably good conceptual knowledge of WMS, TMS, Integration Management Solutions in Supply Chain
Preferably good knowledge of IT service delivery (acc. ITIL)
Experienced to negotiate and manage suppliers
Experienced to negotiate and cooperate with woks councils

ios Experienced in - Strategic thinker able to balance short terms gains with long term benefits

Good communication skills with technical and nontechnical senior management
Ability to analyze abundant and complex information and to identify the underlying essentials
Proven ability to facilitate across multiple stakeholders to facilitate reaching desired results
