Job Description:


Within the Talent & Culture Department (Human Resources) of the Accor Group, you will support the Talent Experience & Digitalization department on strategic projects.


As part of your missions, you will provide specific support to the teams in charge of all Talent Experience & HR Digitalization Strategies within the Group in order to strengthen communication and support for change in the policies and processes defined.

You will provide day-to-day support, coordinate the various teams in the department and structure large-scale T&C projects. You are also the guarantor of the Talent Experience & Digitalization budget.

As a coordination role within the department, you have a vision of all the Talent & Culture strategic projects and work on large-scale projects.


  • What you will be doing:_
In collaboration with the SVP Talent Experience & Digitalization and the members of her CODIR, you will:

  • Focus on the definition of the roadmap, strategy etc.
  • Support the transformation by providing expertise in change management
  • Support the rollout and communication of policies and processes
  • Communication Kits
  • Guidelines
  • Manage the Department P&L
  • Responsible for the followup of the T&C services revenues
  • Consolidation & followup of budgets with the teams: Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Engagement, T&C digital Services
You will also lead transversal T&C global projects.


Qualifications:


  • Higher Education in Marketing, Communication, Human Resources, or Hospitality is preferred
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience
  • Fluent in English and French is required (oral and written)
  • Strong experience in communication/ change
  • Excellent presentation skills (oral and written)
  • Financial skills (understanding a P&L, elaborating a business model,...)
  • Organize and able to handle multiple projects at the same time
  • Collaborative spirit
