We are actively seeking a dedicated and proficient Project Engineer to join our Client team, with a focus on wind farm installation.

This position involves a combination of procedural writing in our office in Marseille and short offshore deployments.

Responsibilities:

• Development, planning, and authoring of detailed installation procedures for wind farm projects.
• Close collaboration with engineering teams, suppliers, and contractors to ensure the development of comprehensive and executable installation plans.
• Conducting brief offshore visits to oversee the implementation of installation procedures, ensuring compliance with safety and technical standards.
• Serving as a key liaison between the onshore project team and offshore operational units, facilitating smooth operations and timely resolution of issues.
• Monitoring and reporting on the progress of installation activities, modifying plans as required to meet any project scope changes or challenges.

Requirements

An Engineering degree, preferably with a specialisation in renewable energy, mechanical, or marine engineering.

• Demonstrable experience in offshore projects, particularly those involving wind farm installations.
• A strong capability in writing detailed, clear, and effective procedures and project documentation.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to perform effectively under pressure.
• Strong communication skills, with fluency in English; knowledge of French is an advantage.
• Preparedness to travel offshore for brief periods during the project lifecycle.
