IT Endpoint Management - Hardware and User Administration for the location in Weil am Rhein.

In your position, you will be responsible for managing leases and coordinating with all relevant stakeholders. What You Will Be Doing

Responsibility for leasing contracts, including contract management of partners
Coordination and communication with all relevant stakeholders of the leasing business
Identify requirements for leasing and oversee implementation at the various EMEA sites
Develop and implement action plans to continuously improve and automate these processes
Monitor requests to support, assigning them to first or second level support EPM (Endpoint Management)
Overview of file access, user access rights, security groups, roles and resources based on the organizational chart
Collaborate with partners on technical requirements for devices in inventory
Testing new setups and devices and preparing specific settings

What You Bring To The Job

Training as an IT specialist for system integration or equivalent training successfully completed
First experience in IT support
Experience with Microsoft AD, Microsoft 365, packaging tools and deployment tools
Knowledge of roles and permissions as they relate to organizational structure
