Moët Hennessy is looking for a passionate Compensation & Benefits and HRIS Analyst.

The role covers multiple aspects especially in Compensation, Benefits, HR Data and HRIS management and social controlling. The role is based in Paris.


The Compensation & Benefits and HRIS Analyst is part of the Global Travel Retail team and reports to the HR Director Travel Retail & Private Sales.

Working with the wider Moët Hennessy Reward team, s/he will support to design and implement reward initiatives that support the achievement of Business and HR strategies across GTR.


The C&B and HRIS Analyst assists on Travel Retail Total Rewards strategy to manage comprehensive reward and recognition frameworks to attract, retain and engage talent.

S/he will generate data insights to support and influence business decisions making.


Payroll and operations

  • Collate accurate information from the HR team: starts, leavers and changes in France and communicate to payroll for implementation
  • Maintains inventory of Job Descriptions, follows up and compensation proposals
  • Prepare employment agreement and ensure payroll and HRIS involvement
  • Process the HR Dashboard

Systems, reporting and social controlling

  • Support HRIS data integrity and compliance by running audits and tracking changes across different platforms on a regular basis
  • Collect, compile, and analyze data for Compensation survey participation
  • Supports HR reporting, analytics and HR KPI tracking
  • Work closely with the Finance team
  • Complete all reporting for Finance, Headquarters: FTE & Headcount reports, vacancies vs budget, staff turnover
  • Ensure all reports are processed and distributed within the timelines

C&B analyst

  • Conduct job evaluations and constantly update GTR job matrix
  • Work directly with the HR team to develop, implement and embed Group Reward policies, frameworks, guidelines and processes.
  • Analyze & interpret data from multiple internal & external sources drawing insights & recommendations to ensure the overall competitiveness and attractiveness of the GTR employee proposition.
  • Analyze market data/metrics/key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of the Reward initiatives and programmes.
  • Work with the Reward and HR teams to plan and implement the annual merit review & bonus cycle
  • Build industry and professional networks to ensure understanding of C&B trends and issues.

Profile:


  • An advanced degree in business is preferred, analytical or statistical background is an advantage
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits
  • Proficient with Excel, pivot tables
  • Attention to detail and reliable
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Adapts to the changing environment
  • Delivers results on all commitments, is actionoriented
  • Displays a commitment to ethics in all actions
  • Promotes teamwork, diversity, and inclusion, is a good team player
  • Ability to work in a complex environment
