+ Job description

Reporting to a Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist, you will be part of the Finance department to secure our internal processes.

+ Main tasks

Your main missions focus on 3 areas:

Sales cycle:
You ensure the reliability of the sales process in collaboration with the business and finance teams
You set up tools to analyze sales
You define the specifications of our forecasting and actual sales tools
Purchasing cycle:
You make the purchasing process more reliable: SAP, workflows
You update orders in SAP for overheads
You support departments in their budget monitoring
You ensure that internal procedures are properly applied and monitored, and you contribute to process improvement
Analysis and ad hoc tasks:
You prepare external studies and surveys for the company (reliability of financial information, etc.)
You are a M1/M2 student in Finance, Controlling, CCA
You are comfortable with information systems: SAP BYD, BI tools, etc.
You have a good command of Excel
You have a synthetic and rigorous mind
You are a team player with a positive, proactive attitude
You speak French fluently

Contract: Internship
Monthly bonus: €650 to €850 gross (depending on profile)
