Description

The primary responsibility of the Business Development Representative is to proactively manage the existing leads and increase significantly the lead conversion rate to generate a significant potential of business for the region.

Another main aspect of the role if the management of small to mid sizes existing opportunities to contribute to the revenue growth.

• Work towards being able to identify client needs, generate interest, and show our value proposition.
• Follow up on leads generated by Marketing (MQL) and generate new leads by prospecting actions (SQL)
• Reactivate dormant accounts and qualify untouched leads and opportunities
• Carrying out product demos (95% remotely, 5% facetoface).
• Update the customers and opportunities information on the CRM (Sales Force)

• Conversion rate from Prospect to uploaders
• Conversion rate Prospect to order
• Core team revenue
• Qualitative goals (Business potential identification, quality of followup, etc )

• 02 years of experience in customer facing role with a strong motivation to achieve sales targets
• Successful experience in generating new business (prospecting, cold calling, closing).
• A passion for engineering, specifically manufacturing
• Organizational and planning skills
• Strong written and spoken language skills in French, Spanish and English
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written and communication skills.
• Ability to multi task and prioritize.
• Accuracy is vital must be detailed orientated.
