Company Overview:

is an innovative Web3 Social Platform. We have successfully launched our MVP and are currently in private beta, with over 1100 whitelisted Twitter accounts. These accounts collectively boast an impressive 25 million followers.

Our mission is to evolve into a leading Web3 Social platform, revolutionizing ads revenue models and empowering creators with greater control over ad monetization.


Role Summary:

The COO will be the operational backbone of , overseeing the coordination of marketing, communication, design, and development efforts.

This role is pivotal in defining and achieving our key objectives and results (OKRs), streamlining processes, and ensuring the alignment of our team with the company's vision and culture.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement OKRs across various teams.
  • Monitor tasks and deadlines, ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Implement and manage project management tools.
  • Optimize corporate culture and communicate the company's vision daily.
  • Ensure and enhance team performance.
  • Participate in recruitment and decisionmaking processes.
  • Design and optimize business processes, ensuring compliance.
  • Coordinate between different teams and lead regular meetings and reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in a COO or similar role, with strong management skills.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in Web3 and crypto ecosystems since 201
  • Fluent in English, with bilingual proficiency preferred.
  • Proficient in tools like Notion, ClickUp, Airtable, Miro, and Slack.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead recruitment and build performanceoriented teams.
  • Strong ability to provide constructive feedback and drive company objectives.
  • Passionate about Web3, with an active engagement in the crypto community (not necessarily discord, but just being more or less aware of what's happening on Crypto twitter)
