    Description

    Responsibilities

    :

    Be our French software expert in Connected products & Software – for commercial buildings.

    Typically products to support:

    • BACnet controllers for heating, cooling and air condition applications
    • Room controls for temperature, lightning and comfort applications
    • BMS supervisor software and web technology solutions
    • Integration of Commercial Building Bus-based system

    Handle quite complex technical issues from our system integrator partner network
    Diagnose root cause problems and provide solutions back to our partners
    Interface with all internal departments to facilitate and ensure customer issues are properly addressed
    Manage customer calls and raised tickets in our SalesForce tool

    Customer Trainings:

    Plan, organize and execute Customer training for the supported products/software

    Basic Qualifications:


    You love to help customers and dig into software related details.

    You have 3+years of experience handling automation products – electro mechanical, automation technical or similar.

    English written data sheets and electrical circuit diagrams you understand very well. Fluent in French

    You are a "teacher" in the way you communicate to other people


    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with HVAC building control application or automation systems such as PLCs, HMIs
    • An understanding of practical issues in implementing hardware and software applications, typical failure modes, and best practices.
    • Fluency with different operating systems especially Microsoft Windows.
    • Experience with industrial hardware, industry standard protocols (BACnet, Modbus, RS485, RS232)
    • An understanding of basic networking concepts, and practical issues in network configuration
    • Previous experience with relational databases (ie. SQL)
    • Experience with Control systems (ie. Niagara Framework, SCADA systems)
    • Excellent attention to detail.
    • Effective verbal and written communications both English and French
