The position:

The Technical Communication department provides Cosmo Tech with its skills and its editorial, didactic and graphic expertise.

It is composed of a Technical Communication Director, a technical writer and a UI Designer.

The Digital Learning Designer will be involved in the development and branding of instructional design materials for various learning platforms.

During your internship, you will be responsible for:

Create an identity for our digital learning
Propose innovative ideas for new training
Collaborate with the Team to understand and identify instructional design needs.
Design and develop instructional materials such as elearning modules
Create and edit multimedia elements (graphics, videos, etc.) to enhance instructional materials.
Evaluate and revise instructional materials as needed.

We expect a real technical and intellectual contribution: he/she will have to be a force of proposal.

As all written work is in English and French, an excellent command of both languages is essential.

We work on cross-functional projects in collaboration with Engineering, Product Management, Architecture, Next (R&D), Customer Acceleration Team

Microsoft Word, Powerpoint
Google Apps
Confluence (wiki), JIRA (ticket management)
Snag It (screenshots)

Your profile:

4/5 years of higher education in technical communication or equivalent.
Strong writing skills (data research, synthesis, conceptualization of information, elegance of style: we want to write documents that people will read)
Good understanding of instructional design principles
Appetence for documentation for developers.
Excellent English and French language skills.
Interest in visual communication and graphic design.
Ability to adapt to a technical and complex environment. S
Strong involvement in the tasks entrusted.
Openmindedness, team spirit and sense of humor are essential
