Description and Requirements:


The Sales Operations Specialist is responsible for communicating with sales leaders on demand/supply, sales cadence, achievements versus targets, management systems, metrics/dashboards, and acting as an agent of change to deliver improvements to the business.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Develop and monitor an efficient business management system for the assigned segment, and support the market's sales cadence by driving weekly cadence and providing clear concise reporting via the EMEA BI team.
  • Track order intake at product level, maximize order load and shipments within the quarter through constructive interlock with the Supply Chain & Global Logistics organizations, and interface with supply chain teams to manage the best choices depending on available quantities.
  • Focus on key projects such as Sea Freight Maximization and inventory management process for liability product, FGI and commodity inventory. Handle order prioritization if needed and support business to solution best SLA performance given supply situation and manufacturing capacities.
  • Establish metrics and tracking to identify key operational performance gaps, highlight these gaps and drive actions to sales or other appropriate areas, and perform analysis to identify gaps or opportunities and make recommendations to the segment management team and other support function.
  • Ensure weekly forecast submission to EMEA Operation Team, prepare the market weekly cadence presentations to FR HQ, and ensure all teams have a common view of business status versus the targets distributed/business plans implemented at the beginning of the quarter.
  • Actively support quarterly planning interlocks (facilitate robust interlock with Market Sales, Finance, and Product teams) and tracking of their execution, support the GM/CFO/Product Leader with the preparation of the quarterly business reviews.
  • Determine best practices within EMEA and other markets and use these to drive improvements within their own market, provide cadenced delivery of KPIs, ownership of definition, and develop dashboards all while automating to scale with the organization.
  • Perform advanced adhoc analyses requiring understanding of multiple areas of the business (including revenue, pricing, inventory costs, product rollout, etc.), build strong relationships with commercial leadership and their teams, and drive insights and build strategies.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to end users of our CRM, support rollout of new processes and features to local commercial teams and showcase strong project management skills to support our growth and organizational changes.

Requirements:


  • Preference for Sales or business Operations knowledge and a degree education. English & French are mandatory with any other languages being a plus.
  • Significant personal drive, good communication skills to engage senior management, strong system skills, analytical strength & sense of details, ability to break down complex tasks into manageable tasks and drive for results.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, rapidlychanging environment and work under tight deadlines to prioritize multiple deliverables and responsibilities, excellent communication and presentation skills, and ability to take ambiguous or complex scenarios and effectively communicate actionable insights.
  • Experience working with commercial leadership and their teams: Sales, Customer Success, and Ad Operations, highly analytical & highly motivated individual with an impeccable work ethic, advanced Microsoft Excel skills required with Power Query experience being a plus.
