ABOUT THE JOB
Building strong customer knowledge and customer relationship is a key objective within BYREDO's fast-growing strategy.

Reporting directly to the Ecommerce and CRM director, the Global CRM Manager (7-month maternity cover) is in charge of defining the client activation strategy, developing client behavior analysis and building the CRM and client ecosystem.

You will support a dynamic team within a fast-growing brand.


WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Manage CRM strategy, roadmap and budget.
  • Represent CRM and client voice with all internal clients, gather business needs, organize CRM steering committees.
  • Support CRM campaign manager in designing the activation calendar, creating new campaigns and triggers to constantly improve efficiency and client experience.
  • Support client data analyst in building the client insight activity: run segmentation analysis, build client dashboards, conduct behavior analysis, and ultimately turn data into strategic knowledge for the whole organization.
  • Recruit and onboard CRM and loyalty product owner to design and manage the most relevant workflows and tools supporting omnichannel client vision. Supervise current tool and workflow optimization and prepare marketing automation pitch. Launch reward program taskforce.
**WHAT WE EXPECT YOU TO BRING TO BYREDO

  • You have 5 to 8 years' experience in CRM, client experience, loyalty, client insights.
  • You have proven experience in team management and enjoy structuring growing organizations.
  • You have great relationship skills and are passionate about making the difference at a key stage of BYREDO's development.
  • You are fluent in English.
