WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Ensure bestinclass strategies are applied accross our customer accounts, relying on custom analysis and historical best practices
  • Perform regular audits of accounts, reviewing:
  • Setup (audience, inactivity, window, control group, etc.)
  • Performance goals and achievements vs goals
  • Data stream / organic behavior
  • Creative strategy (what is working vs not, proposing iterations)
  • Address requests submitted by the Revenue team in a timely and highquality manner
  • Knowlegde management for the Revenue team
  • Build and maintain documentation to enable the successful onboarding of key topics
  • Provide trainings on a regular basis, fostering Adikteev's expertise and added value
  • Propose growth plans based on data & analysis
  • Share new and innovative studies that will provide added value to Adikteev's customer base
  • Support on QBR decks presented to clients
  • Serve as Adikteev expert to customers: supporting sales in meetings with new clients & Ops in key meetings with existing clients
  • Prepare prelaunch analysis & set up for new clients, verifying all is aligned with best practices

WHO _YOU_
ARE
You will be an excellent fit to join the Performance team at Adikteev if:

  • You graduated with a business or engineering degree, or you have a comparable education.
  • You have 6+ years of relevant experience
  • You have excellent spoken and written command of English. And if you know French or German, that's definitely a plus.
  • You are recognized for your expertise in the field of retargeting DSP/RTB technologies
  • You're savvy when it comes to the digital and AdTech space and you are an expert with MS PowerPoint & Excel.
  • You have an outstanding understanding of business matters and you possess good analytical skills.
  • You are a great team player, but you can also handle your own projects independently.
  • You're all about making customers happy.
  • You have worked in the performance advertising world and you know your way around app advertisers' UA strategies and metrics.
Everything else such as affinity with the gaming industry is just icing on the cake
