Your role:

The Head of Growth will be responsible for managing the Growth team in charge of developing and executing strategies to drive business growth, increase market share, and enhance our brand presence in the Healthcare sector


How you'll make an impact:

Market Analysis

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive landscapes
  • Analyze customer needs, behaviors, and preferences to inform strategic decisions

Strategy Development

  • Collaborate with our CRO to develop our GTM plan
  • Develop the growth marketing strategy, from brand awareness to acquisition and retention
  • Partner in definition of content strategy, branding, thought leadership activities

Lead Generation

  • Oversee planning, implementation, optimization of the lead generation programs to attract and convert potential clients
  • Identify & champion new channels, tools, tactics, experiments to drive user acquisition

Customer Acquisition and Retention

  • Implement tactics to support our Sales and Customer Success teams efforts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Contribute to developing and optimizing conversion funnels & customer lifecycle strategies to maximize lifetime value

Data-driven Decision Making & Reporting

  • Utilize analytics and data insights to measure the success of growth initiatives
  • Regularly report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Leverage data analytics & research to support business objectives, report campaigns' impact on sales pipeline & revenue, ensure spending is allocated to highestperforming tactics

Budget Management

  • Develop and manage budgets for B2B growth initiatives, ensuring costeffectiveness and ROI
  • Conduct budget forecasting & ROI modeling to drive pipeline & revenue

Team Management

  • Define and pilot your team OKRs
  • Lead & mentor the growth marketing team, a crossfunctional team of multichannel acquisition, marketing automation/martech, data analytics and field marketing
  • Lead monthly KPI review sessions, foster communication & collaboration between marketing, and sales teams
  • Develop a culture of continuous improvement within your team

  • Support the development of our growth marketing teams in Germany & Spain with strategic & operational advice & bestpractices
  • Implement a global SEO & SEA framework and strategy
  • Implement a global Martech/Marketing Automation strategy

What we're looking for:


  • Proven experience in leading growth in a SaaS environment, preferably within the healthcare or tech industries.
  • Expertise in datadriven growth strategy development and implementation.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities, capable of inspiring teams and driving innovation.
  • A very good level of French and English (read, spoken and written)
