Deepki, leading the way in ESG SaaS for real estate owners and accelerating the transition towards net zero and sustainability.
We're looking for an intern in Sales Operations in order to support our Sales and Marketing teams. The internship is about questioning and optimising our several processes through analytics for a better sales cycle.MISSIONS:
- Support Sales team in their daytoday activities and ensure that sales processes are properly monitored and executed.
- Participate in maintaining a reliable and uptodate customer database (CRM).
- Sort and help analyze data from Marketing, Sales, and Key Account Management departments to drive strategic decisions.
- Be a driving force in the maintenance of relevant tools to support the sales and marketing teams (Hubspot, Salesforce, Linkedin, Salesloft...) and streamline associated processes.
- Document and contribute to the establishment of a common knowledge base that can serve as a reference in the years to come.
PROFILE:
- Native/bilingual proficiency in
both French & English. - Eager to learn about business, Sales ecosystem & challenges.
- Strong data analysis skills.
- Real communication & people skills with a capacity to adapt to your audience in an international environment.
- A passion for environmental transition.

- A natural curiosity and willingness to experiment and iterate in an agile manner.
- A positive attitude and a strong optimism combined with a good attention to detail.
Nice-to-have skills:
- Previous experience with a CRM (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Experience in a SaaS company.
- Familiarity with a hypergrowth organisation environment.
- Mathematical modeling skills (SQL/Python).
