damage model simulation flow improvement:

Durability, sustainability of our products are major features for us especially to ensure best uptime for our customers. Currently a dedicated tool is used to calculate damage of our components on different usage cycles.

This tool is out of Volvo simulation flow and first goal of internship is to integrate this part as an output of existing simulation tool (Matlab or Python).

Then implement damage simulation outputs in Powerbi to make results, interpretation as easy as possible.

Actually internship is part of our ambition to make durability and sustainability more visible in V&V process (simulation, internal haulage, final customer).

Other challenges connected to this will depend on the internship duration.
