    Richemont Strategic Planning Department is looking for its new Watch Senior Project Manager
    Richemont is a leader in the luxury industry, encompassing 27 international renowned luxury Maisons, from watches and jewellery to fashion and accessories.
  • Within Richemont, Group Marketing is a young and international department supporting the Maisons, Online Distributors and the Group on their marketing strategies. More specifically,
-
the Strategic Planning Department specialises on branding, strategic development, and foresight topics.

  • Within the Strategic Planning team, and under the responsibility of the Group Strategic Planning Deputy Director, the Watch Senior Project manager key missions are to:
  • Support the Specialist Watchmakers Maisons and Category in their strategic development
  • Evaluate and help develop the brand equity of the Specialist Watchmakers Maisons
  • Nourish the Group and the Maisons with prospective and inspirational content

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-
SUPPORT THE SPECIALIST WATCHMAKERS MAISONS AND CATEGORY IN THEIR STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT
-
Lead strategic ad hoc requests about regional, communication and product strategy, in collaboration with other Group Marketing departments

  • Be the
    key contact of the SWM Category within Group Marketing, and
    coordinate with other Group Marketing functions** on watchrelated topics
-
Participate to the SWM Maisons' business reviews with Group CEO, Head of Category and Maisons' EXCO
-
Act a challenging partner to the Maisons on the Annual Strategic Plan process:


  • Animate the Watch Marketing community, notably through the organisation of quarterly Marketing Meetings
-
Be the key contributor on the Marketing side on the
branding of innovation process in coordination with Group R&I and Group IP
-
Responsible for sharing the latest insights on the watch industry within the Strategic Planning Department
-
EVALUATE AND HELP DEVELOP THE BRAND EQUITY OF THE SPECIALIST WATCHMAKERS MAISONS
-
Contribute to the
Group brand equity evaluation process (DREF) for SWM Maisons, working jointly with the Consumer Insights team
-
Contribute to the
SWM Brand Identity/Brand Book workshops, jointly with Group Marketing Director, Market Intelligence Director, and team members
-
NOURISH THE GROUP AND THE MAISONS WITH PROSPECTIVE AND INSPIRATIONAL CONTENT
-
Responsible for the production of prospective and inspirational content: selection of topics, methodology, content production and delivery
-
Contribute to identify inspirational companies or experiences for
the Strategic Planning team to meet, read,
-
Contribute to the organisation of the Richemont Marketing and Communication yearly conference: selection of the year, co-creation of the agenda, speaker selection, content production,
-
Progressively build a transversal expertise within the department


PROFILE

    Expertise in the luxury watch industry, and strong interest in and understanding of the luxury industry in general

A strategic mind and experience with business models/plans methods

Strong interpersonal skills, managing both confidentiality and diplomacy

Good analytical profile and enjoy working in a fast-paced but friendly environment
- **Highly detail-orientated,
efficient and autonomous**, you have strong time keeping skills
-
Flexible and with a good sense of priorities, and the ability to work under tight deadlines
-
Fluent in English (working language is English). A good level of French is a plus
-
Ability to travel across Europe on a weekly basis

Ease with PowerPoint and Excel:


  • 3 to 6 years of a first significant and relevant professional experience (excluding internships), notably in a luxury Maison or in strategy consulting
