MISSIONS:


As a part of the CSR Department, you will be part of the Fair Trade pillar, responsible for interactions with the Group's external stakeholders: clients, suppliers and subcontractors, investors, NGOs, professional networks, and regulators.

You will directly contribute to CMA CGM group's sustainability reporting, with the goal of publishing the Extra-Financial Performance Statement (DPEF) and gradually aligning with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).

The CSR reporting expert contributes to the annual production of the Extra-Financial Performance Statement:

Follow-up and coordination of contributors' feedback regarding the content of the DPEF and verification of data from the extra-financial reporting tool.

Coordination of internal and external interactions within the Group: writer, communication agency, translator, OTI auditors, etc.

Verification of the quality of deliverables and other documents (text proofreading, data cross-referencing, verification of infographics).

The CSR reporting expert participates in the evolution of the Group's sustainability reporting system:
Administration of the extra-financial reporting tool.

Continuous improvement of the reporting system (updating procedures, raising awareness among contributors).

Implementation of internal control over sustainability data.

The CSR reporting expert coordinates and ensures the quality of the annual response to the Ecovadis questionnaire:
Coordination of contributors.

Quality control.

The CSR reporting expert organizes the monitoring of the CSR dialogue plan with external stakeholders:
Monitoring and identification of shipping and logistics actors.

Monitoring and organization of CSR dialogue occurrences with stakeholders.

Additionally, the expert occasionally contributes to other tasks within the CSR Department.


REQUIRED SKILLS:


You hold a higher education degree (Bac +5) with 3 years or more of experience in an CSR department or in extra-financial audit.

Good knowledge of regulations on extra-financial reporting.

Ability to analyze legal texts.

Interpersonal skills.

Fluent in English and French (spoken and written).

Rigor.

Autonomy, proactive behavior, and reactivity.


Analytical skills (coherence of reported data): verification of information quality, both data and texts.

Facilitation skills, listening, and dialogue to animate and coordinate the team's work and understand the needs of end users.

Excellent communication, teamwork, pedagogical, and managerial skills.

Adaptability in a dynamic and international environment.
