Legal Advisor - International Transport Law
Our legal department, composed of former Lawyers based in Lyon and in Honk Kong, is waiting for you to support them for:

Claim Management and follow-up with carriers, clients, in coordination with the Group services and the insurance brokers
Management of contracts with clients/suppliers

Requirements for this full time
fixed-term contract (until beginning of April 2023 minimum), based in our Head Office in
Lyon: Master's degree in Law, experience in a law firm, a company or insurance industry, experience in claim management and legal English are required.

Juriste - Droit des Transports (H/F)
Le service juridique, composé d'anciens avocats basés à Lyon et à Hong-Kong, vous attend pour les accompagner dans:

Le suivi et la gestion des sinistres marchandise et des litiges opérations du Groupe en lien avec les autres membres de la Direction Juridique, les services internes, les clients et les courtiers
Le suivi et la revue des contrats clients et des contrats fournisseurs, en France et à l'étranger, en collaboration avec les autres membres de la Direction Juridique.

Des
critères pour ce poste en
CDD (jusqu'à début avril 2023 minimum), basé au siège social à
Lyon : formation supérieure en Droit avec expérience en cabinet d'avocat, entreprise ou compagnie d'assurances, expérience sur la gestion de sinistres et anglais juridique exigés.
