    Apprentice Bac+4/5 : HR project leader

    Your mission

    You will support the Global Human Resources Team to implement the HR strategic roadmap. As part of a people-oriented company you will more specifically focus on Onboarding, Resourcing, Attractivity, Competences, Leadership, Diversity & Inclusion workstreams. You will also contribute to improving the overall HR performance.

    You will be reporting to one of the Global HR Business Partner. We are looking for someone from September 2024


    Your core responsibilities

    • Take lead of various HR initiatives & projects connected to the strategic ambition of ArcelorMittal Construction (Onboarding, Resourcing, Attractivity, Competences, Leadership, Diversity & Inclusion)
    • Contribute to the HR community alignment towards projects & HR processes
    • Contribute to the HR Digitalization
    • Support to the Global HR team in their day-to-day activities

    Your profile

    • You prepare a master's degree in human resources looking for an apprenticeship contract
    • A first HR experience would be a +
    • High interest in people dimension both from a day-to-day HR processes perspectives and strategic development
    • Innovative & curious mindset with a proficient level of autonomy
    • Appetite for digitalization with a good knowledge of Office 365 tools
    • Team player with high level of collaboration capabilities, you like to "make things happen"
    • Effective communication and influencing skills
    • Ability to handle sensitive HR data with the required level of confidentiality
    • Fluent in English
