THE ROLE
Part of the Shipping activity of CMA CGM IT, role of INVOICE and DDSM team is to ensure the delivery of system added value changes to support the Business strategy and growth.
After collecting and formalizing Business requirement, INVOICING & DDSM team analyses it, clarify it, validates the solution and coordinates the delivery governance and plan for this need.
Delivery lead role will focus on the coordination aspects of the delivery, in order to make sure that needs are delivered taking into accounts all constraints: capacity, business strategic or legal calendar, technical and others.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a delivery lead, your commitments are:
Ensure all follow up tools are updated on time for them to contain reliable information
Define the scope of the releases taking into account all constraints: priorities, technical constraints, capacity
Coordinate all necessary actions needed to ensure the correct delivery of the requested enhancements and fixes
Raise all necessary alerts to management and stakeholders for any delay or technical issue faced or coming
Support the other team members regarding steps to be followed in the delivery process
Engage a continuous improvement and Root Cause Analysis dynamics with all stakeholders, internal or external
Ensure ascending & descending communication on activity progress follow up, report alerts and key points, ensure the communication with involved IT counterparts
QUALIFICATIONS AND PROFILE
Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
At least 1 year working on either IT Evolutive & corrective maintenance or IT Project
Communication and interpersonal skills to work with different stakeholders and team members, oral and written, English language is mandatory
Knowledge of various Technology and Database concepts, SQL scripting, reporting, analytics and dashboard tools, VBA, ITIL, Project management methodologies (V cycle & Agile), JIRA, Office 365 Suite (Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Teams, Planner), Processes modelization
Able to find solutions to the organization's & processes problems and to be able to adapt plans based on changing requirements.
Ability to stay focused on and prioritize different tasks
A good listener to receive all pain points coming from all stakeholders of delivery activities of INVOICING & DDSM domain and to identify the real underlying needs.
