- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience;
- Advanced expertise in Azure infrastructure and platform;
- Knowledge of the IaaS and PaaS catalog on Azure;
- Advanced expertise in Power BI infrastructure and platform;
- Scripting (Microsoft, Power BI, SAP, Salesforce);
- Advanced expertise in SAP infrastructure (On-prem& Saas) with Solman and platform;
- Advanced expertise in Salesforces(Saas) infrastructure and platform;
- Strong system administration and advanced problem-solving skills;
- Technical project management skills;
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with other levels of support;
- Fluency in English (Upper-intermediate or above).
- Providing TME support to resolve complex incidents and requests for SAP (On-prem& SAAS) & Salesforce (SAAS), Azure & Power BI;
- Maintaining the platform's infrastructure in operational condition;
- Supervising the smooth running of the platform;
- Participating in defining operating procedures;
- Improving supervision procedures and making proposals to improve support activities;
- Monitoring the performance, availability, and security;
- Analysing trends and suggesting improvements;
- Preventing production incidents by playing a proactive role;
- Keeping detailed technical documentation up to date to ensure traceability and reproducibility of configurations;
- Maintaining internal knowledge base with solutions and procedures;
- Participating in meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions with stakeholders;
- Collaborating with business teams, team members, and partners;
- Working with the team members(internal and external) to resolve complex incidents.
