Documentation Specialist & Invoicing (f/m/d) to join our team in
Tours. This is a temporary position (1 year).
POSITION DETAILS:
- Cooperation with other Documentation Specialists in Germany
- Creation of documentation models according to customer requirements
- Management of documentation bases and configuration material
- Formatting of calculation documents
- Management of plans and nomenclatures
- Editing of maintenance manuals (OMIM/DTU) and matrices for conformity
- Quality assurance plan
- Planning and progress customer report
- Monitoring milestones and document updates
- Invoicing
- Delivery tasks (e.g. proof of delivery)
- Testing and qualification program
- Reports
Job Requirements:
Requirements:
- Completion of junior degree
- Very good knowledge of English
- Good knowledge of MS Office programs
- Technical knowledge of rotating machinery an advantage
- Willingness to learn
- Technical curiosity
