As a team lead, you'll join the PlayPlay tech team to ship a world-class product with a world-class team.
Your mission will be to lead a product impact squad, to drive the implementation of major product successes on the technical side and to grow the PlayPlay Tech team to unleash its full potential.

Your Mission:
Delivery - Product Roadmap:
- Collaborating with the Product Manager on the management and the steering of Squad's projects
- Organising jointly with the Product Manager the Tech & Product roadmap of the squad
- Ensuring the animation of the squad and of its agile rituals (grooming, planning, estimation, demo, retrospective)
- Following up on squad's delivery and release plan
- Identifying roadblocks and dependencies of squad's projects and tackling them
- Participate to the delivery
Technical design from scratch of innovative products:
- Coach and accompany software developers in their daily activities
- Design architecture and technical solutions jointly with the squad
- You are in charge of product quality with a software craftmanship approach
Managing a squad:
- You ensure that the squad dynamic is healthy and positive and you organise team fun events
- You identify and follow through required evolutions in order to improve Developer XP
- You could manage up to 4 software developers belonging to the squad (onboarding, objective settings, performance management, feedbacks)
