SUMMARY

THE ROLE

  • Collaborate with the AI team to identify critical business problems where AI solutions can provide significant value, considering the organization's strategic goals and industry trends.
  • Work closely with AI experts to develop AIbased solutions which align with the business objectives and have a clear value proposition for stakeholders.
  • Perform costbenefit analyses and develop ROI projections for AI services.
  • Effectively communicate the business value of AI services to key stakeholders,, using clear and concise language, visual aids, and success stories to build support and buyin.
  • Establish measurable performance indicators for AI services that directly link to business value
  • Support the implementation of AI services by developing change management strategies to ensure a smooth transition and maximisation of the value derived from AI solutions.
  • Monitor the business performance of AI services postimplementation and collaborate with the AI team to identify areas for improvement to further enhance their business value and drive longterm success.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and familiarity with AI frameworks (e.g PyTorch) and programming languages (e.g., Python) is essential.
  • 38 years of industry experience in value engineering using value engineering methodologies
  • Proficiency in data manipulation, analysis, and visualization.
  • Understanding of business processes, financial analysis, and ROI calculations.
  • Ability to work closely with stakeholders, experience managing projects and coordinating resources.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to present complex concepts and results in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
  • Creative and analytical mindset
  • Commitment to staying up to date with the latest AI advancements, tools, and techniques.
  • Awareness of ethical considerations and compliance requirements related to AI deployment, including data privacy, security, and responsible AI practices.

As Customer eXperience & Solutions (CXS) team, we develop products & solutions that enable digital transformation for our customers.

The CXS Service and Support Data Lake team belongs to the Product Engineering (PE) board area.


Our team focuses on development of AI based services for SAP customers as well as SAP employees working in Services and Support.
