Job Description:
Main Activities and Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Chief Architect, you'll have the following missions:
- Define and manage project plans and timelines
- Coordinate crossfunctional teams all over the world to execute technical projects.
- Discuss schedule and available resources with team leaders to optimise delivery times.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders.
- Communicate project updates and status to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Manage project changes and scope creep.
- Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies.
- Take part of QA stage to provide critical thinking and technical analysis.
- Document new features
- Train support teams
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in engineering, ideally Computer Science or related fields with at least 3 to 5 years of experience in technical project management ideally in R&D environment
- Experience in project management, strong project management skills, including planning, tracking, and reporting.
- Strong personal drive and ability to work proactively and independently.
- Experience with project management tools, such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
- Knowledge of agile software development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
- Fluently speaking and writing in English and French or German
Wished qualifications:
- Experience with cloudbased software development, including deployment and management of cloud services such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Experience with software architecture and design, including designing and reviewing software system components and interfaces.
- Demonstrated experience with software development methodologies and practices, such as DevOps, CI/CD, and code reviews.
- Familiarity with software development tools, including version control systems (e.g. Git), testing frameworks, and build systems
Travels are required a few times per year, to other offices for project tracking and knowledge sharing, within Europe and US, mostly to Graz, Austria
