Job Ref:- 16068We are partnering with a Freight Forwarding company who are looking for an Air Export Specialist to join their team in the Heathrow Area.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the air freight export process from start to finish
- Completing customs entries and ensuring compliance with customs regulations
- Provide high levels of customer service to clients
- Ensuring all clients are served in line with their Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Liaising with 3rd parties
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients
Experience required:
- Over 3 years air freight export experience within a freight forwarding company
- Good knowledge of customs procedures with proven experience in classifying goods using Customs Tariffs
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong computer skills and Microsoft Suite experience
- Ability to work in a fast paced working environment
