Présentation du service :
La Direction Satisfaction Clients est au service de la stratégie de LCL, pour être la banque urbaine numéro 1 de la satisfaction clients Riche de 26 collaborateurs et collaboratrices engagés, elle est organisée en 3 pôles :
-L« Excellence Clients » qui a pour missions principales lamélioration de lexpérience clients et la mobilisation des équipes au service de nos clients (écoute et enquêtes clients, approche relationnelle, animation des équipes )
« LCL Ma Réclamation » qui est en charge de la résolution des réclamations complexes dans une approche innovante et en ligne avec les exigences toujours plus élevées de nos clients
Et la « Résolution des Irritants Clients » qui promeut et coordonne dans lentreprise les projets et chantiers qui visent à réduire la détraction pour des parcours clients fluides et sans accrocs
Le poste est à pourvoir dans léquipe « Excellence Clients », rattaché à un responsable de projets.
Descriptif de la mission :
Vous assisterez la Responsable de Projets Data de la Direction sur ses missions au quotidien (run) ou sur des projets variés (build) tels que :
Tenir à jour le tableau de bord mensuel de la satisfaction clients (IRC, note Google, indicateurs de la satisfaction clients )
Contribuer à des études quanti et/ou quali (analyse quanti de données clients, analyse de verbatims clients en lien avec les équipes IA)
Contribuer à la définition des objectifs de satisfaction clients pour les agences (analyse de lévolution des indicateurs de satisfaction clients, projections, proposition de nouveaux objectifs)
Contribuer à des études diverses sur la satisfaction clients demandées par la Direction Générale, avec ou sans composante Data
Vous découvrirez ainsi les métiers de la relation clients dans un environnement riche et stimulant qui vous permettra de développer vos compétences générales (softs skills) et techniques (hard skills).
