L'organisation des appels d'Offres et des Projets (Tender & Project Office) du groupe Alstom recrute un responsable pour diriger la discipline de documentation des projets et des offres au niveau mondial.

Dans ce rôle, vous veillerez à ce que la discipline est déployée de manière cohérentes entre les différentes lignes de produits et régions.

Grâce à vos capacités d'adaptation et à votre capacité à créer des relations solides et de confiance avec les parties prenantes à l'international, vous construirez des bases solides pour la discipline Documentation au niveau d'Alstom, obtiendrez des retours d'expérience des équipes en région et développerez la communauté Documentation.

Vous serez responsable pour:

Gérer une fonction au niveau mondial
Remettre en question les processus et outils existants et que les standards de la fonction sont bien déployés dans toute l'entreprise
Avoir un impact positif sur Alstom en termes de Qualité, de Coûts et de Délais.
Etre force de proposition en mettant en place les bons indicateurs de performance clefs de la discipline et en définissant les outils de demain pour être plus performants et efficaces

De plus, vous:

Ferez partie d'une équipe ayant un impact sur les projets et les offres d'Alstom à l'échelle mondiale
Participerez au changement de la fonction Projets & Appels d'offres

Votre profile:

Bac +5 / diplôme universitaire
Une expérience professionnelle significative / solide, travaillant dans un grand groupe, un environnement matriciel et un environnement de projets
Une expérience avérée en gestion de documentation ou dans une discipline similaire (projet, planification, qualité )
Une expérience avec des outils tels que Acomis, Sharepoint, Aconex
Solides compétences en communication et volonté de diriger la discipline à l'échelle mondiale
Anglais courant
Capable de travailler en toute autonomie et de voyager régulièrementAlstom Group's Tender and Project Office is hiring a Manager to lead the Project & Bids Documentation discipline at Global level. In this role, you will ensure that the discipline's standards are consistent across the different Product Lines and Regions.

Thanks to your adaptive skills and your ability to create solid and trustful relationships with stakeholders at international, you will build solid foundations for the Documentation discipline at Alstom level, getting feedback from teams in the regions and develop the Documentation community.

You will be responsible for:

Leading a function at Global level
Taking ownership of the Documentation community and discipline at Alstom
Challenging the existing processes and tools and ensuring we work in one way across the company
Positively impacting Alstom in terms of Quality, Cost and Delays.
Be force of proposal by settingup the right KPIs for the discipline and defining the tools of the future for a better performance and efficiency

In addition, you will:

Be part of a team impacting Alstom's Projects and Bids at global scale
Be part of the change of the Project & Bids function management
Benefit from the experience of Senior Managers of the Railways Industry
Develop a multicultural mindset by interacting with teams located across the global the world
Develop yourself in problem solving and simplification

Your profile:

A University degree (Bac +5 in France)
A significant / solid professional experience, working in large global company, matrixial and projectbased environment
A proven experience in managing documentation or a similar discipline (project, planning, quality )
Some experience in working with tools such as Acomis, Sharepoint, Aconex
Strong communication skills and the drive to lead the discipline at a global scale
Fluent in English
Able to work in full autonomy and to travel on a regular basis
