Our UHNW client, in St Tropez/Ramatuelle requires a Live-in Temporary Housekeeper and Butler from June to September. The villa has 7 bedrooms with ensuite bathroom and dressing rooms.

Housekeeping Duties, but not limited to:

All aspects of general housekeeping
Occasional shopping/running of errands
Laundry and ironing
Small amount of cleaning of silver
Ensure the rotation of household linen (washing/ironing and tidying up the pantry)
Complete cleaning of the villa before the arrival of the tenants
Complete restoration of the villa at the departure of the tenants
In depth knowledge of fabric and caring for different materials including wood and marble
Maintain a daily link with the villa manager by communicating all requests of the tenants

Butler Duties include, but not limited to:

Welcome guests of the principal, and ensure service standards are maintained throughout their visit
Ensure the security and privacy of the property and principal are always maintained
Restock and ensure all amenities are neatly presented throughout the property
Monitor stock levels within the property to ensure there is enough supplies for all the principal's and employees needs
Communicate with the Manager any requests received by the entourage to organise a plan for procurement
Have a good knowledge of the catering and leisure establishments in the Ramatuelle and Saint-Tropez area
Ensure the reception of the tenants on their arrival, the management of the luggage, the snacks on arrival and the choice of the rooms
Set up and clear tables for breakfast, lunch and dinner
Serve drinks and ensure service at all times at the table, at the bar or by the pool
Knowledge on wines, cookery, and dining protocols

The ideal couple for this role will have:

Fluency in English and French
Minimum of 3 years working in 5
Palace Hotel/Household experience is essential
Proficiency in planning, purchasing, and maintaining supplies and inventories
Impeccable organisational and planning skills
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
Proactive nature
Finesse, discretion and tact
Excellent presentation (dress code, impeccable behaviour) and excellent manners without being pretentious
Driving licence
References required
Work well as part of a team and as individuals
Flexibility required

Time:
Working hours based on French legislation, extra hours will be paid by the tenant. Recovery of rests according to the rental schedule
