"Comfort, Driving Assistance Systems" offers one of the largest ranges of smart sensors and features that improve vehicle safety and comfort such as automated parking systems and enhanced automated driving systems.

As
System Validation Discipline Manager M/F , **you will manage the "Phone as Key Access" team, which develops and manufactures innovative electronic communication systems for access systems.

Your challenges:

Provide line management for a team of 15 engineers and service providers
Define the objectives for each member of the team after coordination with the technical project managers
Support the project team in managing priorities
Ensuring a high level of skills and expertise among team members by defining the qualifications required for the team in line with the reference framework and technical and technological developments
Identify gaps, define and implement the appropriate action plan
Help the team to deal with blocking points and escalate them if necessary
Support projects in front of customers
Deploy, implement and participate in the improvement of standards, processes, methods and tools in line with business needs
Drawing up, proposing and monitoring budgets
Participate in the improvement of standards, processes, methods & tools

What about you:

You have completed 5 years' higher education (Engineer, Master's degree) in Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering or General Engineering, and you have at least 9 years' experience, ideally in the automotive sector, where you have managed teams in high-tech environments.

Recognised for your leadership skills and your ability to unite and develop your teams, you put people at the heart of your day-to-day work.

You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment that requires you to adapt and be agile on a daily basis.

Your English is fluent.
