We are looking for an IT Project Manager & Coordinator to join our teams working at our client's facility based in Lyon.

Onsite and permanent position.
Tasks and Responsibilities
As the IT Project Manager & Coordinator, you will be in charge of:
Review and maintain the Infrastructure project management plan throughout the project life cycle
Manage infrastructure project tasks to ensure on time delivery in terms of scope, timeline and resources
Ensuring weekly reporting at project and program level Work with other vendors to get needed quotes
Accounting for project cost, time and budget Seeking approval of executives and stakeholders Actively manage a critical path, which allows for a line of sight into risk/issues before they have project/program impact Mitigating project and programme risks
Manage project documentation and communication and ensure on time delivery of infrastructure tasks
Ensuring good quality of meeting minutes and needed follow-up Assign tasks to infrastructure personnel, generate task plans and follow on action items
Approve changes to project management plan, ensure quality assurance Following existing processes and its improvements
Developing proposals and SOWs for the customer including project cost
Ensuring proper handover to Operations team(s)
Working very closely with the customer, ensuring no communication gap
Project Management co-ordination for the Infra and EUC scope - supporting customer technical coordinators to navigate within HCL technical teams
Supporting other HCL project managers in carrying out the documentation, planning and execution part per project.
Availability during weekends and off-business hours as per the planned project work

Owning the procurement, tracking, invoicing and stock management of project related assets, primarily (but not limited to) Infra assets like servers, NW devices etc.

Working with customer stakeholders to generate new business
Implementing Lessons Learnt exercise - to improve the project delivery along with BAU operations
Automation should be in the DNA of work - be involved in implementing added value propositions.
Job requirements
IT Engineering Diploma & Project Management certifications : ITIL, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum or other project management certifications.
8-10 years of experience in an IT environment and in a similar role as Infrastructure Project Manager / Coordinator.

Strong understanding of infrastructure platforms in a corporate infrastructure
Risk Analysis and Change Management Process capabilities
Excellent team player both as a leader and member Ability to keep up with latest developments in the field and upgrade IT infrastructure
Hands on intensive working knowledge project management tools e.g. MS Project, Excel and PowerPoint Good communication and negotiation skills Excellent problem-solving abilities & analytical and observation skills
Experience in handling Global customers
Knowledge on MS Excel, Outlook, ppt, project co-ordination
Experience in project co-ordination, having soft skills to talk and get information from required stakeholders
Maintaining documentation, repository via MS tools

Be open mind to work on various topics around project co-ordination, including but not limited to procurement, tracking, stock management etc.

Excellent oral and written communication
English fluent, French fluent mandatory
