A vacancy for a Lead Solution Architect (M/F) has arisen within Airbus Helicopters Marignane.

You will report to the Head of the domain in the role of the Lead Solution Architect for Simulation and
Model Based Systems Engineering

Your main tasks and responsibilities will be to work as an IM representative in cooperation with the business and methods & tools department to design IM solutions over the entire product lifecycle.

Your main tasks include:

Define the strategic target architecture of the global scope of the Product Service Line (PSL) to enable business to achieve their objectives

Define the IT master plan to control optimization and future IT & business transformations of the global scope of the PSL in consistency with the domain IT master plan

Contribute with other LSAs to the strategic target architecture and IT master plan of the Domain and participate in strategy development, including environmental analysis, opportunity identification, value cases and business innovation portfolio development

Provide input for the allocation of IT investments through review of development (business and technical) initiatives within the context of domain architecture

Capture and formalize the domain ecosystem (capabilities, data, functions, processes and technologies) in architecture viewpoints in order to foster its optimization and future Business & IT transformations and maintains the domain architecture referential

Act as visionary to proactively assist in defining the direction for future projects

Keep up to date with the latest functional and technological developments within the group or externally in the field of the PSL and the domain

Ability to communicate clearly and transparently with business and IT stakeholders

Problem formalization & solving, strategic planning and roadmap development

Solution architecting, modeling, integration in IT landscape and design

Leadership and team working

Autonomy, analytical mindset

Architecture framework and language:
UAF, TOGAF, Archimate?

IT skills:
software engineering, PLM, data strategy,...

Business tools/platforms knowledge:
MBSE (Cameo, Doors, Capella, etc.), Simulation (Simulink, Ansys, Altair, etc.), SPDM, 3DExperience?

General skills:
data protection, IT security, etc.

Advanced level in English, French and/or German is helpful

At least 10 years of experience in Business IT projects

Ability and motivation to drive improvement & innovation

A proven experience in Information Systems with the following technologies and skills will be important:

Applications:
SPDM and MBSE solutions (CAMEO, ALTAIR solutions, MATLAB...)

OS :
Windows, Unix (AIX), Linux

Medium Oracle SQL knowledge

Basic programming skills

Product Lifecycle Management

Software Requirement and change management

Project Management

Profil recherché:

Required skills

You will have the following skills and experience:
Educated to a Master degree level in IT

At least 8 years of experience in Business IT projects

IT architecture design pattern

Collaborative mindset

Good communication skills

Ability to drive improvement & innovation
