What you will do:


  • Take on the role of Project Manager to support a department transformation and more specifically on the short term:
  • Lead self care improvement projects, especially the migration and continuous improvement of virtual bot with support of the dedicated team ;
  • Assess impact of new products and services ;
  • Lead onetime projects related to Customer service ongoing priorities.
  • Make the most of data to contribute to operational efficiency:
  • Specify data needs for Customer Service tools ;
  • Support Customer Service teams with data analysis.
  • Improve and develop the tools used by the teams in order to strengthen efficiency and internal communication:
  • Performance monitoring ;
  • Develop automations to reduce frictions on core processes ;
  • Specify and lead the integration of potential tools developed by partners.
  • Facilitate the coordination between different verticals and ensure good transversal communication ;
  • Participate in the recruitment of the team, training and be supportive for the employees.

You are in the right place if:

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in scale-up and / or in a consulting firm ;
  • You have strong knowledge in project management and understand the underlying trades and techniques that compose them ;
  • You are data oriented (have some basic SQL skills) ;
  • You know how to collaborate with technical teams on product development projects ;
  • You are able to work with different tools (tools used on a daily basis = Google sheet, Metabase, Notion, Slack, Front, Zapier, Dropp )
**And having experience in customer service operations and virtual bot tools would be a definite plus.
