Job description

You will join a group of 14 biochemists/structural biologists which supports pre-clinical projects.
Under the supervision of a project manager, you will:

Purify recombinant proteins expressed in different host systems (bacteria, insect cells,).
Carry out and follow crystallization experiments.
Troubleshoot experimental issues.
Participate in the daily operation of the lab.
Provide written accurate reporting.

Profile:

You should have a two years university diploma or a License in life science, biochemistry or any other related area.

You should master protein production/purification and crystallization.

Some practical & theoretical knowledge of expression of protein in different hosts (bacteria, insect cells, yeast ) would be an asset, as well as previous experience using AKTA purification.

We are seeking a person who speaks fluently French and who has a good level in English (writing and speaking).
